 Francisco joined RIG in early 2025 as an Engagement Manager. He has a background in Materials Engineering and Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London. Passionate about driving meaningful change in the energy and sustainability sectors, he is particularly motivated by the opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, commercial strategy, and global impact. With a strong interest in technologies that enable material recycling and improve industrial efficiency, he aspires to become a business leader in the energy transition and eventually build his own company focused on sustainable solutions for industrial applications. He sees RIG as the ideal environment to align his values, ambitions, and expertise. Originally from Venezuela, he makes the most of his spare time on his bike, his winters on a snowboard, and his weekends watching football or going to live music events.
