The Crucible Practice works with deep tech companies whose growth trajectory, despite the strength of their underlying technology, has stalled and diverged from plan as their technological progress, commercial path, and funding have fallen out of sync.

We focus on technologies of strategic consequence: those capable of impacting global markets of exceptional scale or strengthening UK and European industrial sovereignty and resilience in critical value chains currently dependent on imported materials, molecules, and electrical infrastructure. We work with management, boards, investors, and stakeholders to shape, structure, and execute the plays required to recover momentum and reset the path to value.
