Attracting and retaining graduates, who are motivated by the opportunity of being able to make a direct and hands-on contribution to a fast-growing and ambitious firm, is a critical part of our culture. We look to recruit and develop recent graduates, who are as talented and exceptional as those hired by larger consulting firms, but who through inclination would prefer to work within a less structured, and more entrepreneurial environment, in which the focus is on growing individuals as quickly as possible.

From day one we offer graduates the opportunity to become involved with our clients and their prospective customers, and to assume important responsibilities. Learning comes primarily through working with our clients and through the mentoring and support offered by our Managing Director and project leaders. It is our policy to promote talent quickly.
