Jessica Tayenjam

Jessica joined Rapid Innovation Group after completing the company’s summer internship programme in 2010. She is responsible for recruitment at RIG as well as playing a leading role the company’s marketing and client acquisition activities.

Having spent time living in the UK, US and France, Jessica is particularly interested in international growth and the impact of culture upon customer behaviour and the sales and buying processes. Jessica has worked with clients across a range of industries including financial services, leisure, international management systems, creative and telecommunications. Her current focus is on B2B2C companies, particularly in retail and ecommerce.

Prior to joining Rapid Innovation Group, Jessica worked with the Home Office on developing biometric technology policy, implementing scanning and detection technology, and building strategic cross-border relationships.

Jessica is a graduate of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University in Modern and Medieval Languages, specialising in French and Spanish.
