Application Procedure

To apply for an internship, please send your C.V. and a cover letter to Jessica Tayenjam at jessica@rapidinnovation.co.uk. Please indicate why you think you would be excited by Rapid Innovation Group's culture and work, and what you believe you can bring to the organisation.

We will get back to you shortly after receiving your details, and invite successful applicants to a first round interview.

First Round Interviews

Interviews for 2012 positions will begin in January 2012. These will take place in Cambridge, London, and Oxford and will involve a discussion around your background, interests, and motivations. It will also give you the chance to find out in more detail the nature of our work and our culture.

Second Round Interviews

These provide an opportunity for candidates who have impressed us in the first round to come and meet the firm's Managing Director and other senior consultants. In addition to further questions regarding your motivations, we will use a case study to assess your ability to think strategically.
